Varnesto Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship orders within Canada.

Shipping cost
Standard shipping within Canada is free.

Processing time
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays, product launches, or periods of high demand.

Estimated delivery
After processing, standard delivery is estimated at 7–15 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be emailed to the address used at checkout. Tracking updates can take several business days to appear after an order is processed.

Separate packages
Items in the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

Address changes
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Email support@shopvarnesto.com immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after supplier processing or shipment has begun.

Delayed, missing, or damaged orders
If an order is substantially delayed, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, email support@shopvarnesto.com with the order number. We will review the tracking and work with the supplier or carrier to seek an appropriate resolution.
